Composed before current events but unnamed, SoundTrack SoundSystem found the sonics of this Tenor sax led Jazz Ballad with added beats resonant with the daily news from Ukraine and decided to name it Kyiv. Sounding like its been lifted out of a 50s Noir and then been a bit mangled, space and moody melodies are supported by a loose and ranging piano. The System continue to set filmic quality to their output that sets its own boundaries and is loose in its genre definition.
