Kind of Dope return to their more familiar territory of a mid tempo groovy slice of loop based, retro styled, rare groove ‘acid’ Jazz. Trumpets, Rhodes and Vibes laying the sonic foundations. Its a kind of chill out for jazz heads. One to sip a martini to while hanging out at the hippest joint in town. One to shoe gaze and sway, not gyrate. Kind of Dope are certainly building an interesting catalogue.
